This website coordinates the shipping process and presents available shipping options at checkout. The customer selects the preferred shipping option during checkout.
Shipments are dispatched using the selected service level where available. Shipping services may be affected by operational availability, postal restrictions, route limitations, and temporary suspensions in the dispatch country.
If the selected service is unavailable at the time of dispatch due to such conditions, the fulfilment partner may use an alternative service of comparable level to complete delivery.

Article 5. Wrong or Missing Items

Claims submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Wrong Items

Missing Items

1. Partial Refund
A refund equal to the value of the missing item or items is issued to the original payment method.
2. Discount Coupon (Recommended Option)
A discount coupon equal to the value of the missing item or items is issued for use on a future order.
Due to international shipping costs, missing items are not automatically reshipped free of charge.
Article 6. Customs, Duties and Import Responsibility
Orders placed through this website are fulfilled by independent fulfilment partners located outside the destination country.
All shipments are international consignments and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, excise taxes, inspections, delays, refusal, or seizure by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Any such costs are non refundable except as explicitly stated in the Return and Refund Policy.

Alternative descriptions such as “Gift”, “Sample”, “Personal Item”, or any other misrepresentation are prohibited and cannot be requested or applied.
