All shipments are international consignments and are dispatched cross-border from fulfilment locations outside the customer’s country of residence by Fulfilment Partners operating under their own legal, regulatory and commercial frameworks.

The platform does not manufacture, store, package, or ship physical products and does not act as the exporter or importer of record. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the import of tobacco or other age-restricted products is permitted under the laws and regulations of their destination country.

International Shipping Responsibility

Tobacco regulations, customs procedures, and import limits vary significantly by country.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the customs, excise, tax, and import requirements applicable in their destination country.
The platform does not provide customs clearance services and cannot intervene in destination-country customs procedures or decisions.

Fulfilment and Dispatch Process

Orders are processed through Fulfilment Partners and follow the procedure outlined below.

• An order request is received and product availability is verified.
• Payment is accepted after confirmation is provided by the Fulfilment Partner.
• Once payment is confirmed, the shipment preparation process begins.
• Shipments are handed over to national postal services by the Fulfilment Partner in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
• After dispatch, tracking information is generated and shared.

The average shipment preparation time after payment confirmation is 1–3 business days.
Depending on the fulfilment source, product sourcing time, and customs procedures, this period may, in some cases, extend to 3–7 business days.

The platform does not control postal or customs processing timelines.

Important Notice on Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country.

• International Registered Mail (tracking available): approximately 10–40 days
• Express Mail Service (EMS, tracking available): approximately 5–15 days

Transit time estimates are provided by the originating postal service and refer to arrival in the destination country, not final delivery to the recipient.
Local customs processing times and domestic postal distribution periods in the destination country are outside the platform’s control.
The shipping methods, service names, and estimated transit times listed above are provided for general informational purposes only and may vary depending on destination country, local postal infrastructure, and operational conditions.
Not all shipping methods are available for every destination, and service names may differ by country.
The definitive shipping options, estimated transit times, and associated costs applicable to a specific order are clearly displayed during the checkout process prior to payment confirmation. The checkout page shall prevail as the authoritative source of shipping information for each order.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided after the shipment has been dispatched and can be viewed through the customer account or in the shipping confirmation email.
As shipments are transported via national postal services, real-time tracking updates may be limited and status updates may not occur continuously.
Once a shipment is marked as “Dispatched from Origin Country”, “International Dispatch”, or an equivalent status indicating departure from the origin country, the shipment is considered to have been successfully handed over to the international postal network.
Shipments with this status are regarded as internationally dispatched shipments and are in transit between postal systems. A lack of further tracking updates during this period does not indicate loss, delay, or delivery failure.
Until a new status update is received from either the origin country’s postal service or the destination country’s postal service, such shipments are not eligible for return, reshipment, or service fee adjustment under any policy.
Tracking updates depend entirely on postal scanning events performed by postal authorities and are outside the platform’s control.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Compliance

All shipments may be subject to customs duties, excise taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be borne entirely by the customer.
The platform is not responsible for customs delays, refusals, seizures, inspections, or related losses.

Customs Declaration

Shipments are declared accurately and lawfully in accordance with origin-country legal and postal regulations.
Products are declared as “tobacco” or the legally required equivalent.
Requests to misdeclare contents or value cannot be accepted.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that lawful declaration is required.

Shipping Insurance (Overview)

Shipping Insurance is an optional service offered at checkout for eligible destinations only.
Shipping Insurance is designed to provide additional protection against loss or customs seizure during international transit.
Shipping Insurance availability varies by destination and may not be offered for all countries.
Where Shipping Insurance is not available, shipments are treated as non-insured shipments under applicable policies.

The platform does not participate in determining product quantities, packaging or shipment decisions.
If the recommended quantities are exceeded, all resulting customs risks and consequences are solely the responsibility of the customer.
