When a shipment is marked as “Return to Sender”, one of the following outcomes may occur depending on the customs authority’s decision:
- the shipment may be returned to the sender
- the shipment may be retained or disposed of in accordance with local regulations

If your order is returned, available service-based resolution options will be reviewed in accordance with our applicable policies.
