Zino Nicaragua Gordo is produced in a 152 mm (6”) length with a 60 ring gauge, offering a wide combustion surface and slower burn progression. The wrapper is an Ecuadorian Connecticut leaf with a light brown tone and moderate oil content, applied over a Nicaraguan Semilla 56 Seco binder.
The filler composition combines tobaccos from three primary origins: Nicaragua (Ometepe region), Honduras (Olancho and Jamastran regions), and the Dominican Republic (San Vicente seco grades). This multi-origin structure is designed to balance Nicaraguan spice characteristics with softer Dominican and Honduran components.
Manufacturing is typically carried out in Honduras under Davidoff’s production facilities, with consistent bunching density and airflow calibration to support an even burn and stable draw.
